How Do We Work With Each Client?
We tailor our services to the complexity of each executive search assignment and to the degree of assistance requested. First, an extensive and comprehensive discussion is held to determine the client's needs. Upon acceptance of our services, a Search Director and a recruiting team is assigned to each client to develop and implement an aggressive, results-oriented plan. The Search Director is responsible for:

Developing and documenting of the "ideal profile" and the position description for client's approval.

Researching, recruiting, screening, and selecting appropriate candidates.

Disseminating progress reports, additional background data, and recommendations to the client.

Conducting negotiations to successfully fill the position.
Joseph Chris Partners maintains a comprehensive database of candidate names and sources. This enables us to identify the "right" candidates for the position. We know what questions to ask when interviewing candidates, enabling us to select the most qualified people available.
Our service objective is to provide the client with three to five candidates within a mutually established time frame.
