Process Improvement Manager

I’ve worked as a senior researcher in real estate valuation and counseling for over 14 years, so when an opportunity presented itself to join Joseph Chris Partners, located in my hometown of Kingwood, Texas, in 2014 as a Project Assistant to CEO Veronica Ramirez, I was excited to join the team!

My role quickly evolved as I took on more responsibility with our processes and policies, and in 2017, I was promoted to the role of Process Improvement Manager. My technical knowledge of our systems and straight-forward approach makes me successful in this role and I’m able to support the production team so they can focus on filling their searches. I am at the core of the firm’s day-to-day operations of coordinating all processes and procedures behind the scenes and am constantly improving them to all doing work in the most efficient way, which greatly impacts our ability to quickly serve our clients.
