I wanted to let you know Cecile how amazing my experience with you and Joseph Chris has been. In my job search, I have spoken with A LOT to recruiters, but you truly stand out! Your attentiveness to my needs and skill sets are unsurpassed, your follow-up and follow-through are unmatched. And finally your support of my current needs of staying local for my family when electing not to progress further in the hiring process further showcases your overall excellence and professionalism. I will certainly refer others in need and am sure we will work together again.

”Cecile Moore has helped my organization and me with the recruitment of several candidates. Cecile demonstrates value on every call and in every email by understanding our needs and presenting candidates who fit from the beginning. Cecile and JCP remove the need for extensive vetting throughout all stages of the process, allowing for more real and substantive interactions with candidates. She has always been attentive, responsive, and practical. I would recommend Cecile and JCP without reservation.”

In the mid-2000s, you would have found me content in my role at a Fortune 100 company, blessed to have access to volunteer and give back to our community, and excited in 2011 that I was able to continue my education and complete my master’s degree. 2013 proved to be a year for self-reflection and challenging my personal status quo. I was on a mission to better myself and connect with the most accomplished women in Human Resources and recruiting in Houston. Through my efforts, I was able to meet and learn from some of the most well-respected women in the field. One such contact that had the greatest impact was Veronica Ramirez. At the time we met we talked about many industry related things, but the conversation took a personal turn and much to my surprise she ended up offering me a job. I was at cross road, while I liked the complexity and pressure that came with leading and driving accomplishments for one of the highest volume stores in the country, I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to be mentored by an accomplished CEO and business owner, Pinnacle Society member and kind-hearted person. I realized I was being offered more than just a job, I was being offered the ability to positively impact people’s careers, lively hoods, and morale.

Embarking on this new professional path, there were a few tools in my box cultivated over the years that I figured would continue to produce results in this new role: Team Leadership (communicating effectively), Thought Leadership (solving problems, strategizing, innovating), Personal Leadership (resilient and adaptable, accountability) and Results Leadership (execution, driving for results) but going from a large public team of 350k+ to a private team with fewer than 15 employees was a bit of culture shock and I quickly realized the areas I needed to continue to grow in. Those areas were engaging and inspiring others and relating to others. My role became less about black and white metrics and more about people. I now needed to quickly establish rapport with strangers and figure out their professional pains and desires and help connect them with an opportunity that offered them something they weren’t currently getting. Veronica wanting to help bridge these gaps and see great success in my career, redefined what I believed to be possible by giving me the gift of Landmark. It was through this experience that I personally grew resulting in a transformative life change in my perspective of self and the world around me.

Now backed with both my professional experiences, M.B.A., C.M.S. and S.S.L.P. certifications and a passion and desire to focus on helping people achieve their own success and professional fulfillment my achievements and impact here at Joseph Chris Partners quickly grew. After my first year, I received a promotion to Senior Partner and since then have continued to produce making it on to the Top 10 Board for 1 Million-Dollar Producers in the company. I have been blessed to also be a part of the operational side of the business as well by creating and shaping team training, being involved internal hiring and training as well as refining company policies. Over the years of recruiting nationally in the construction and development disciplines, I have honed niched recruiting skills in the fields of engineering, land acquisition and development, design and architecture and have placed over 100 professionals in new roles.

He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.” If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.
