Before transitioning into recruiting, Akisha spent more than five years as a Project Manager for one of the nation’s largest building suppliers. That hands-on experience gives her a valuable understanding of the industries she serves and the challenges her clients and candidates face every day. Having managed complex projects in fast-paced environments, she understands the importance of strong leadership, clear communication, tight timelines, and collaboration across teams.
