About Savannah

I joined Joseph Chris Partners in 2022 as a recruiter, where I enjoyed connecting talented candidates with great companies. In 2024, I was given the opportunity to transition into a role that aligned more closely with my background in Training and Development. With my studies in Human Resources Management, this position has been a wonderful fit. I especially enjoy welcoming new team members through onboarding and new hire training, ensuring they are set up for success, as well as supporting ongoing training for our more experienced team.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in the kitchen baking up a storm, getting in a good workout, and experiencing God’s creation outdoors. Whether it’s kayaking on the water, hiking a local trail, or relaxing by a campfire in my backyard, I love being surrounded by nature. I am also actively involved in my church and currently completing another degree, so life often feels full and fast-moving.
