OUR COMPANY

Thank you for your interest in Joseph Chris Partners.

The past few years have been challenging in ways few of us could have predicted. We all learned how to successfully conduct business on Zoom (after we figured out how to unmute ourselves), how to work productively at home with partners, pets, and kids, and just how important human connection actually is.

We’re in the human connection business at Joseph Chris Partners. When I’m asked if I’m concerned that businesses like ours will become obsolete with advances in artificial intelligence, and I always respond, “absolutely not.” I invest in technology to improve our processes and deliver results to clients more efficiently, but nothing will ever replace the connections we’re able to make every day in every conversation we have.

Our work spaces may change, and the technology we use to reach out to people may change, but the trusted relationships we’ve built with professionals in the real estate development and construction industries span years, and decades, and that will never change.

Veronica Ramirez purchases the company from her father in 2009.

Founders Joe and Victoria Ramirez retire, and Veronica Ramirez is named CEO and President.

JCP relocates to its current corporate headquarters to Kings Harbor in Kingwood, Texas.

Joe and Victoria Ramirez found JOSEPH CHRIS PARTNERS EXECUTIVE SEARCH at their home in Friendswood, Texas.
