Roxxann Sczepanik specializes in executive search for the mission critical construction industry, with a focus on Data Centers, Power Generation & Transmission, Semiconductor Manufacturing, and Advanced Manufacturing.

Her path into mission critical construction was not traditional. Before executive search, Roxxann built her career around supporting complex environments where people, facilities, and operations had to work together seamlessly.

Her experience began in Military Family Programs in North Carolina and Ohio, where she supported military communities and developed a deep understanding of service, resilience, and the importance of mission readiness. She later moved into healthcare and facilities services, gaining firsthand exposure to environments where reliability, operational excellence, and attention to detail were critical.

Those experiences shaped the way she approaches recruiting today. Roxxann understands that successful organizations are built by people who can navigate complexity, collaborate across disciplines, and perform in environments where the margin for error is small.

When she entered executive search, she quickly recognized that mission critical construction brought together everything she had experienced throughout her career: complex facilities, essential operations, technical expertise, and people responsible for delivering something bigger than themselves.

Today, Roxxann partners with developers, owners, EPC firms, engineering companies, general contractors, specialty contractors, manufacturers, utilities, and technology organizations to identify the leaders responsible for delivering some of the most complex construction projects across North America.

In addition to executive search, Roxxann is actively involved in the mission critical construction community. She has been invited to speak at industry events including Data Center World, Data Center World POWER, Excellence in Data Center Construction, Design & Engineering Forum, and Excellence in Construction, Design & Engineering of Semiconductor Fabs Forum. She also appears on industry podcasts and shares insights on workforce strategy, hiring trends, and leadership within mission critical construction.
