From our very first conversation when Kiana interviewed, I knew she was gifted at connecting with people. She has put that skill into practice every day, from connecting with the team, to building rapport with candidates, to supporting our clients on searches.
She is also incredibly thorough with her research and adept with technology, so she can efficiently and effectively identity candidates our clients would love to have on their teams. She’s an avid reader and loves to learn, so she soaks up information from all sources so she can be even better at her job.
